    Description

    This one rupee bill is from1940.  It has a personal message on the reverse side, "To Dad Pettengill,  Merry Xmas & Happy New Year.  Len".  Other faults include some minor creases and a few short tears along the bottom edge.  Overall the bill is in very good condition.  I will be adding a .50 shipping charge to the invoice.  Also I will give a full refund  for any returned items for any reason.
